WordPress-first no ticketing

A WordPress plugin for festival programs
Structured schedules,
not static pages.

If you organize a music festival, cultural event or multi-stage conference, you don’t need ticketing software. You need a clean way to manage performances and artists, and display the program by day and stage.

See MVP
• Performances CPT → structured by time
• Artists CPT → reusable across days
• Automatic daily schedule output

The problem is not publishing. It’s structure.

Most festival programs start in a spreadsheet. Then someone copies them into WordPress. Then something changes. And now the website is outdated.

Why generic event plugins don’t fit

Most WordPress event plugins focus on: tickets, payments, check-ins, RSVPs.

But if your need is simply: manage performances + show the program clearly, they add complexity you don’t want.

Festival Program Manager (Lean MVP)

Version 1 focuses only on structured content and schedule display.

  1. Performances CPT — Title, Artist relation, Day, Start/End time, Stage, Description, Image.
  2. Artists CPT — Name, Bio, Photo, Socials, Genre, Optional Spotify/YouTube.
  3. Automatic daily schedule — Shortcode: [festival_schedule day="friday"]
  4. Filters — Filter by day, stage, and search artist (light AJAX).
  5. Artist page — Bio + list of performances + “Add to my program” (localStorage).
